CCP9/CECAM Graduate School, Daresbury Laboratory, 24-28 February 2025

The CCP9/CECAM Graduate School took place at Daresbury Laboratory 24-28 February 2025 and included a selection of lectures, tutorials and hands-on sessions intended to teach advanced electronic structure theory and the use of codes on HPC.  The school was intended to teach beginning PhD or postdocs in the field how to effectively use different electronic structure codes for different problems and application areas.  Best practice in HPC, workflows, etc, was combined with theory lectures and exercises using state of the art methods implemented in the CASTEP, CRYSTAL and QUESTAAL codes.
